God's Ministries (Part 1): Fullers Soap & Skincare Origin

An Update

Hey Familia! I decided to update you all on what God has been doing in my life recently. 2020, as we all know, has been the most difficult and jam-packed year for most (if not all) of us. The COVID-19 pandemic arose killing hundreds of thousands of people all over the world.Shortly after, the protests/ awareness for racial injustice and police brutality towards Black men and women in the US started up (again) after a series of police murdering Black men and women for doing normal things or due to a heavy misuse of power and racial profiling (running, sleeping in your own home, leaving your front door open, being anemic so you wear a mask to keep warm, being accused of using fake money {and instead of being taken to the station, being murdered}). The list goes on and on and goes back hundreds of years. This year has been the heaviest, yet most uplifting year of my life. God has allowed all of this to happen due to the times that we are in. If all of these events are not eye openers to His return my friends, I pray that the spirit compells you to open your Bible and study it for yourself.

What's Changed?

I recently started two businesses, or what I'd like to call God's Ministries. I'm going to focus on one this time, and you'll see another post soon about my second ministry. One of my ministries is called Fuller's Soap, based off of Malachi 3:2 where it says:

But who may abide the day of his coming? And who stall stand when he appeareth? For he is like a refiner's fire and a fullers' soap

This verse is referring to the end times. Those who will be abiding with Christ and standing with him, in the end, are the 144,000 as revealed in Revelation 14:1-5:

And I looked, and, lo, a Lamb stood on the mount Sion, and with him an hundred forty and four thousand, having his Father's name written in their foreheads.

2 And I heard a voice from heaven, as the voice of many waters, and as the voice of a great thunder: and I heard the voice of harpers harping with their harps:3 And they sung as it were a new song before the throne, and before the four beasts, and the elders: and no man could learn that song but the hundred and forty and four thousand, which were redeemed from the earth.4 These are they which were not defiled with women; for they are virgins. These are they which follow the Lamb whithersoever he goeth. These were redeemed from among men, being the firstfruits unto God and to the Lamb.5 And in their mouth was found no guile: for they are without fault before the throne of God

What is a refiner?

The dictionary defines a refiner as: A refiner is a person, device, or substance that removes impurities, sediment, or other unwanted matter from something. This can be taken literally and spiritually, but let's look at it literally first. A refiner back in the day was someone who purified and melded metal (metallurgy). Spiritually, the refiners fire is meant to remove impurities and unwanted matter from the metal to create a pure and smooth surface. Aka, the fire in our lives are the trials and temptations that we deal with in our daily walks with Christ, in which we are to become more refined and firm in our faith.

What is fulling?

According to Wikipedia: Fulling, is a step in woollen clothmaking which involves the cleansing of cloth to eliminate oils, dirt, and other impurities, and to make it thicker. The goal was to make this fabric thicker, sturdier, and white. The fullers' soap is Jesus purifying and cleansing our hearts, making them white and free from sin.All of this to say, God had me make a natural soap and skincare line in these last days to spread this gospel through caring and healing of the largest organ on the body: the skin. This is truly providential as the thought of making hand made soap was not always my dream, and this message is no coincidence to our current generation. God gave it to me. The interest to make my own soap did not come from me. I am a naturally creative person; I love drawing, singing, playing instruments, crafting, etc. But I didn't build a love and appreciation for soap-making the way I did my other passions. I woke up one day and realized it was something that needed to be done, it was impressed upon me. Eventually, after studying soap-making, it grew on me. When I decided to move forward, I searched the Bible for what my ministry name would be, and God gave me Fuller's Soap.

A Call

Brethren, the time is coming soon when Jesus will return for his people. This is a plea for preparation. Are you refined in your walk? Is your robe as white as snow? In these last days, God is going to give us things that will help for self sufficiency when in the little and great time of trouble. What will you be doing then? When you are not able to buy and sell, what will your streams of livelihood be? Now is the time to pray, see what God would have you do in these times, and follow.

18 Come now, and let us reason together, saith the Lord: though your sins be as scarlet, they shall be as white as snow; though they be red like crimson, they shall be as wool.- Isaiah 1:18
